(“Induced,” “we,” “us,” “our” or “Data Controller”). These platforms, including but not limited to, the Website induced.ai, the Application develop.induced.ai, Discord indcd.co/discord and Twitter x.com/inducedai (collectively referred to as the "Platforms"). This Privacy Policy details how we collect, share, and utilize data pertaining to individuals using our Platforms, (“Users" or “End Users”).

This Privacy Policy, in conjunction with our Terms of Use (“Terms”) induced.ai/terms, regulates the collection and processing of User data. It applies to all information collected through our Platforms and is binding upon the use of our Services, any associated services, marketing efforts, events, related in any manner, to this Privacy Policy. Collectively, all of these components are referred to as the “Services”.

Users are advised to read this Policy and our Terms carefully. The conduct of the Users by using the Services of our Platform signifies the consent for collection and use of information along with the obligation to comply with the use practices given in the Privacy Policy. If the Users do not consent to this Privacy Policy, the Services of the Platform shall be immediately discontinued.

COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

  • Information about the Users which is accessible through open sources and third party service providers may also be automatically collected.

  • When registering for the use of our Services, information pertaining to but not limited to, lodging complaints, personal information such as the User’s name, email, or phone number.

  • Information pertaining to inputs, file upload, feedback or access to necessary tools that the Users provide to our Services shall also be collected.

  • Users may submit files, videos, documents, images and information used to access different tools necessary for the efficient and effective performance of tasks and use of our Services (“Prompts”), which shall be used to generate responses based on the communication between the Users and the Platform (“Output”). Personal data received through User Prompts, will be collected and may be reproduced in the Outputs. However, Prompts and Outputs are subject to strict retention periods, as set out in the Retention clause below. Furthermore, when Prompts and Outputs are utilized for our own purposes as a data controller, the Platform takes measures to de-identify this information in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. Consent of the Users shall be sought prior to the use of their personal information towards our Services. Users shall have the right to withdraw their consent at any time by contacting the Platform through the details provided in this Privacy Policy.

  • When utilizing the services of third party service providers through the use of our Services, the Users must comply with the privacy policy of the third party service providers. We might receive User data from the third party service providers, which could include their phone number, country, email address and name, but does not include credit card numbers or any other Unique Account Number.

INFORMATION THAT IS AUTOMATICALLY RECEIVED FROM THE USER OF SERVICES

  • Information provided by the Users for the performance of tasks shall be used to provide the Services. User credential shall also be collected for the provision of in-built anti-bot services.

  • Provision and Improvement of Services:Providing services to Users the development of new programmes and services; improving the responses generated by the Platform and how they are shown to the users. User's prompts, outputs, commands, and any other information, content or data provided by or resulting from User's use of our Service can be used in improving and training our underlying technology such as proprietary models, artificial intelligence software, and prediction algorithms. No identifiable personal information will be released, published, or shared with third parties by us.

  • Management of Services:Communication and management of User requests and complaints for business research and analysis for legitimate business interests.

  • Platform Development:Customizing content and layout operating our Platforms, customer support, marketing, and research services related to the Platforms.

  • Statutory Compliance:Complying with laws Complying with regulatory and legal obligations; exercising or defending any legal rights; prevent fraud, money laundering, or unauthorized use of our software.

  • Cyber Security:Preventing fraud and illegal activities Preventing and responding to actual or potential fraud or illegal activities; identify IT or network issues and manage our site and/or software, system administration, and security.

  • Third party service providers and Vendors: For business purposes, including but not limited to detection and prevention of security threats, payment processing, data analytics, transaction monitoring and information storage may be shared with third party service providers and vendors affiliated with and acting on the instructions provided by the Platform.

  • Notwithstanding the above, information that is aggregated or de-identified except as prohibited by applicable law may also be shared with related parties.

AGGREGATE OR DE-IDENTIFY INFORMATION

  • Personal data may undergo processing in an aggregated or de-identified form to achieve objectives, including the assessment of the effectiveness of our Services, conducting research, analyzing User behavior in relation to our Services, and improving the training of our models and interfaces. Generally, aggregation occurs subsequent to Users explicit authorization, wherein they function as the controller for any personal data contained in Prompts and Outputs. Furthermore, such processing may be carried out without reference to Users identity when the purpose is to strengthen and enhance our classification models for trust and safety enforcement.

    • If the Users believe that a violation of User data protection rights has transpired, they have the option to submit a complaint to the data protection supervisory authority in the European Economic Area (EEA) country where you reside.

Owing to the evolving nature of internet and electronic transmission, the Platform does not guarantee the absolute security of its Services. Platform shall not be liable for any act that circumvents the privacy settings and security of the platform present on the third party websites.

  • We shall not be liable for any interruption, interference or intervention with the use of Services or access/communication with the Platform resulting in the loss of data. Users bear the responsibility for upholding the security of any password, user ID, or any other form of authentication necessary to access secure sections of any of our Services.

  • Our Services produce responses or automate workflows through Tasks by analyzing User requests using third party Large Language Models and Users are advised not to place reliance on the factual accuracy of output generated by such generative models.

  • Prior to submitting a request to modify or delete personal information, users shall be obligated to authenticate their credentials to mitigate unauthorized access to such information.

EUROPEAN UNION/ UNITED KINGDOM ADDENDUM

  • Legal basis for processing: the Legal basis for processing information includes:

    1. The fulfillment of our contractual obligations and processing of Account Information, Content, and Technical Information, solely for the purpose of delivering our Services to the Users.
